Q: What kind of products can I bring to have an engraving made for?
A: We carry a large inventory of engraveable gift products. We also carry a selection of products for engraving Plaques, Awards, Corporate Gifts, Stemware, Mugs, Brass Plates and much more.
You are welcome to bring in your personal item for evaluation. We can also provide recommendations on what engraving technique would work best.

Q: What kind of surfaces work best?
A: We can engrave on many different surface types. Surfaces that work best are level surfaces. Meaning that the surface isn't curved inward or outward or have an extremely bumpy surface. The surface can have a slight slope as long as it is withinn five degrees or so. However we do have a rotary mount that accepts round objects such as stemware.

Q: I want this to be a surprise can you keep it hush hush?
A: When you decide to have a gift or award engraved and it is a surprise. You need to supply that information to us and who, how and when to contact you if there are questions. We also provide drop shipping to any specfied location. We will make sure it remains a surprise. We love surprises!

Q: What kind of signs can you make? What is the quality like?
A: We are very versatile in the signage we provide. We service the Real Estate with corregated "For Sale" signs, Large Plat signs. We make metal street signs, no parking signs, indoor signage including braille. Just call for questions. We remain very competitive in our prices and will happy to provide a bid.

Q: Is there a long waiting time?
A: For smaller jobs we generally have a short lead time of approximately one or two weeks. Depending on the in-house supplies and if we need to ship it out and where the shipping location may be. It could actually and often times is, shorter lead time then specified.

Rush jobs, we will do our best to fit you in. There may be an additional charge. Large orders require review time, inventory arrangements and final approval on the finished product. Once we have signed off on the design & scheduled in the job ,we are excellent at meeting or scheduled delivery time. If you are wholesaling to you, we will work with you to meet those unexpected deadlines that you may often find yourself dealing with.
